| | 1.1 | Entering your delivery details |
| | | When placing your order, please tell us about any parking or access restrictions at the delivery address that may affect delivery vehicles. For instance, let us know if the delivery address is on a busy road, or if there is no loading zone in which to park - this will help us to plan a hassle-free delivery for you. |

| | | We will send you an Order Acknowledgement email within 24 hours. In the meantime, we suggest you print out a copy of the confirmation page for your records. | | 2.1 | Pricing of products |
| | | Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Should we reduce the price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment. |

| | | | This is the same as doing an EFT payment, except that you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Choose the EFT option at checkout, and then specify in the special delivery options that you will be paying via a bank deposit. Use the unique order number provided as reference when making your payment. Please fax your deposit slip to us on 0866 0866 57 to ensure that your order can be shipped as quickly as possible. |

| 3. | Order processing |

| | 3.1 | Lead time |
| | | Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day, provided payment is validated/received before 14h00. Orders placed on Public Holidays, Saturdays after 10h00 and Sundays will be processed on the next working day. Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. International orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the courier services available for that specific country. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to confirm stock in our stores. |

| | | Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this occur, we will make every attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset, as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. |

| 5. | Refund Policy |
| | 5.1 | Cancellation of order |
| | | If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase, you must advise us telephonically within one hour of placing your order. Please note that you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. |
| | 5.2 | Returning a product |
| | | If you are not satisfied with your purchases and would like a refund, the goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days. If you are based in South Africa, we recommend that you use the post office's Speed Services Couriers for all returns, as they offer shipment tracking through a 24-hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund can be considered. International customers should make use of a courier that offers shipment tracking as well as insurance, as any loss or damage will be for your account. |
